The Estonian-founded AI firm, specialising in autonomous commercial negotiations, has raised $54M in Series C funding, led by New York-based Insight Partners. This marks the largest startup investment in Estonia this year.
Pactum’s “Agentic AI” technology is already trusted by over 50 global enterprises, including Walmart and Maersk, and is capable of independently conducting complex supplier negotiations in 10 languages. The company has now raised a total of $109M and continues to scale from its hubs in Tallinn and San Francisco.
Co-founder Kaspar Korjus called the round a signal that Estonia can not only build cutting-edge AI companies but also scale them into global leaders. With usage up 270% and deals worth up to $100M negotiated autonomously, Pactum is shaping the future of intelligent agents in enterprise.
